Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes, we do! Gift Certificates can be ordered in any amount. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. The recipient of a Gift Certificate will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate code redeemable only on our website.

Yes. Although our website may have a greater selection than a store in your area, the products are the same. To find a retail store in your area, go to this page.

What are your shipping fees?

We calculate your shipping fees according to our negotiated rates with Federal Express. We pass on our savings to you, our customer.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 12:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.

NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow up to 1-2 days to fully process order. Brigade LA offers US Postal Service, UPS and FedEx Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while our shipping is always fast and accurate, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping at an additional charge.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

On most websites, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00pm PST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. When you place an order, you'll see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page. If you opted for Expedited Shipping, you will receive your package two days after it ships. In some cases this does not necessarily mean two days after you placed the order. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

What countries do you ship to? What about duties?

We can only ship to the domestic United States at this time.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, United Kingdom, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, China, Brazil, Russia, Israel, Italy, Taiwan, Singapore & Kuwait. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any issues placing an international order.

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

Yes. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an e-mail immediately after your order is placed by clicking here.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

Why should I become a registered user?

Being a registered user offers you faster checkout since you won't have to re-enter your credit card or shipping and billing information. How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, simply go to this page as soon as possible, log in and then click "cancel order." If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because our system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Why did you call or e-mail me to verify my order?

For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.

We currently only collect sales tax in California.

What is your return policy?

Any returns postmarked after 30 days of your receipt date will be returned to you. If you do not accept the item to be returned to you, you will be charged a restock fee that includes 20% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges.

You may return your product(s) for a refund:
  • The item has been unworn
  • All items are returned
  • The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground Delivery. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 7 days from the date you receive your package. Any damage claim made after 7 days will not be accepted.

The return value is determined by the last retail price of the item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE. Please use the most economical shipping method. It is recommended that you use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your package, as Surfmonk is not responsible for packages lost in transit.  Due to security constraints, we are unable to reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase price.     Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
    The item is not on sale, discounted or part of a special order.

  2. Repackage your return securely in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.

Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.

Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.
